Warranty Coverage
At Hygge Bikes, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a standard 1-year warranty on all E-Bikes and accessories, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects & faulty components under normal usage conditions.

• What is Covered

• Frame & Forks: Warranty covers any structural defects in the frame or forks due to manufacturing faults. (3 Years on the Frame)
  • Battery & Motor: Warranty covers defects in the motor & battery that affect the performance & functionality of the E-Bike.
  • Brake Failure & Defects: Warranty covers any Brake Failure and Brake replacement.
  • Electrical Components: Warranty includes issues with electrical components, such as the display, controllers, & wiring, that are a result of manufacturing defects.
  • Accessories: Warranty covers defects in accessories provided by Hygge Bikes, such as helmets, chargers, & bike locks, as long as they are used under normal conditions.
  • What is Not CoveredDamage from Accidents or Improper Use: The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.
  • Normal Wear & Tear: Wear & tear on components such as tires, brakes, chains, & gears is not covered by the warranty.
  • Modifications: If the E-Bike or accessories have been modified in any way, including the installation of non-original parts, the warranty may be voided.
  How to Make a Warranty Claim
  To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at support@hyggebikes.com with the following details:
  • Order number & proof of purchase
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect
  • A description of the issue
  Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item for inspection or arrange for a repair.
  Repairs & Coverage for Non-Warranty Issues
  If your E-Bike or accessories require repairs that are not covered by the warranty, Hygge Bikes offers repair services through our dedicated partners. We will assist in getting your bike or accessories repaired at a reasonable cost. Please contact support@hyggebikes.com to inquire about repair coverage & pricing.
  Warranty Repair ProcessClaim Submission – Email support@hyggebikes.com with the required information for warranty claims.
  Inspection – Once the item is returned, we will inspect the defect & determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
  Repair or Replacement – If the claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the defective parts at no cost to you. If a replacement is needed, we will arrange for an exchange of the defective parts or bike.
  Timeline – Repairs are typically completed within 7-14 business days after the item is received. Shipping times may vary depending on location.
  
  

Delivery Across the EU & UK

We deliver to all European countries and the United Kingdom, ensuring a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Orders are typically delivered within 5 working days from the date of purchase.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours before dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Coordination

• Need to change your delivery date? Email us at orders@hyggebikes.com, and we’ll coordinate with the carrier.
• If no changes are requested, the carrier will contact you before delivery.
• If you're unavailable, the carrier will either attempt delivery the next day or arrange a local depot pickup.

Possible Delays

During high-demand periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, bank holidays, and Easter, deliveries may take slightly longer due to increased courier network volumes.
